I think trannys can get pretty hot depending upon the conditions (hense the need for a tranny oil cooler). The real question is how much heat can your hose take? I doubt it melting a bit would really hurt except if it somehow melted shut and blocked the drain. Of course there is the unique smell of melting plastic to enjoy.... If possible try to route it so it isn't in direct contact with the tranny and you'll likely be fine.
