I have some practical experience in the subject matter.Back in 2003 when I graduated BMW S.T.E.P., I weighed at least 235-240lbs. I'm a pretty big guy though, about 6' tall back then but getting rather portly and not very muscular. I maintained that weight for a couple years and finally got sick and tired of myself. I had never been a real healthy eater nor much for exercise but my careers have been pretty physical.

So I had heard good praise about the Release Weight Loss supp's sold by GNC and decided to try it out. There was like 4 bottles of different pills and a shake powder. It was nearly $300 for a 1-1/2mo supply For what it cost, I was bound and determined to get my moneys worth! My diet changed in a big way, small portions, down to minimal carbs, everything low-fat/low-cal/low sodium, all that good stuff. I just about cut out all red meat, ate lots of chicken & turkey, basically no sweets and junk foods. No soda pop and sweet drinks which is fine, I'm quite happy with water. I ate more fruits but had never been a veggie person so I had to find alternatives. The change in diet was hard at first but after a while, I began to feel really guilty about eating anything unhealthy which was helpful and a moral booster for doing good. I physically felt a lot better too. All that + Release boosted my energy too.

Along with that I started exercising some. Nothing spectacular nor a large amount of. I live out in the country and have a decent size yard, so in the evenings when it was cool out, I would run laps, sprints, do push-ups, all the kinds of things we did in PE as a kid.

In approximately 3 months from the start of the diet at 235lbs I was down to a surprising 165lbs I couldn't hardly believe I had lost 70lbs! I felt and looked worlds better!

The stickler is, I can no longer find Release, I believe it may have been an Ephedra product. The parent company still exists, NDS but they have entirely different products now. Unfortunatly I became a part of the statistics and gained weight back only due to my own stupidity. I have picked up cycling a few years ago and really bulked up my muscles so I picked up weight there but a lot more needs to come off again, I need a comeback tour!

If I can do it anyone can, its all about determination!

Skippy~ As for perception: Drive what you like and can afford. Those who don't like it can supply vacuum to one of your components. LOL

If you need parts, I have some!
