Out of curiosity, what job were you doing that caused you to remove the driveshaft? Is it possible that something else is causing the vibration? Have you touched the flywheel, for example?

If it is the driveshaft, I would definitely look and see if you can find a shop to balance it, since you've already put in a new carrier bearing.
