well i seem to have a stuck motor/regulator. have undone seven nuts/bolts that i can find. (see picture with numbers). but the thing will not budge. two of the three bolts (#2 and #3 ) holding the motor/gears are jammed and seem to have worn the sheetmetal of the door. i can get the third one pushed out, but the other two will not budge. glass does not move, nor any of the regulator.

window stopped working in up/closed position. i confirmed 12v to motor, so i guess motor is dead or whole thing is jammed. motor doesn't make noise when switch is activated.

any advice!? i guess i may need to turn to a professional. :-(
