Having owned both a 300SL and a 190SL, a long time ago, I'm reminded of the old description or comparison of the two cars..........."The 300SL is a real man's car whereas the 190SL is the car that you buy your mistress when you plan to breakup with her!"
The 190SL is a real fun car although I question whether it could ever be competitive. Good luck with your project.
