I've got them and really like them (Kleen Wheels).
Up here in Canada I go long periods where I can't properly wash my car.
I agree with others that you shouldn't use the dust shields if you drive/brake hard a lot or race, but otherwise there's no problems.
I got mine at Performance Products and they fit perfect. You have to make sure that you get the ones specifically for your wheel type and size.
