I wonder if you've got a clog somewhere between the pumps and FD? Can you back trace the fuel lines and see where you do and do not have fuel?

still working on the 91 190E 2.6 I have gone from two new F Pumps and check the fuel accumulator it is good, as i said we have 5.4 and 5.0 on upper and lower chambers yet not getting fuel to the injectors i have removed several lines from the top of the FD no flow, So i am thinking of the FPR I have pulled the line and had fuel pressure between the FD and the FPR no leakage at the vacuum side, so i have full flow to the fd. I am just a little confused.
