If it's not the fuse, it is generally the switch that is bad. In all the years with 123's, I have never had a motor go bad.

If you get a window that won't go up on Sunday morning when it is about to rain, the time-honored solution is to pull the trim off and plug a working switch into the one that won't work's connection to get the window back up.
