People just file an item not as described claim with ebay and walk away,
dosent matter for what trivial detail, ebay does nothing to buyers,,, and its the major downside to attempting to sell a car there because scammers know it,
And they USE it, they will bid whatever to ruin someones auction and then show up with their typical craigslist slimeball attitude....
" yea sure--.THIS is the way its gonna go" they think they are entitled to use the INAD claim to haggle whatever price they think they can get away with out of the seller-and sellers cant do ANYTHING about it except tell the bozo to get lost ( except the cell phone recording in their pocket,
it is not admissible in any court--but a seller can definately play it to the ebay agents to prove the buyer is a scamming lowlife with his ridiculous nitpicking routine.
