How is the shop liable? They didnt list the vehicle for sale. The missed the damage and grossly understated the leak on the inspection (because I'm some chump 1800 miles away) I did a chargeback and discovercard had my back and refunded it/refused further charge attempts...
I'm pissed at the guy, because when I say something in an ad, I mean it, and if there's problems I try to take care of it somehow. I wonder if I can do a chargeback through paypal or anything?

If the shop had done a thorough inspection and told you all the faults would you still have bought It?
