My 72 350SL has factory 14" steel wheels and color matched hubcaps.
I thought the hubcaps matched the hard top. There are two color codes on the core support of an R107, one for the body, one for the top. On my car both numbers are the same, I have a friend with a white car with blue top and blue hub caps, the numbers on his core support are white / blue
