1. Remove negative terminal from battery.
2. Remove carpeting from passenger front floor.
3. Remove plastic cover plate (10mm hex).
4. Disconnect red connector to airbag module.
5. Remove airbag from steering wheel (T-25 torx).
6. Remove steering wheel (10mm allen).
7. Remove lower driver's side underpanel.
8. Disconnect combination switch connector.
9. Remove combination switch (Phillips head).
10. Remove cruise switch from combination switch.
