I'd have to say that I'd look at the bolts and compare.

I'd reuse the original bolts/nuts (w/loktite) if I saw:

1. The diameter of the shank/threads different from original.
2. The bearing surface of the bolt head and nut was less than the original bolts.

If you bought a URO part, save yourself some trouble and get a *good* quality part instead.
