I don't have specific information but would investigate:

You might be able to get the info through the dash, have you gone through the owners manual in detail? Even if the manual does not show it, it might be accessible in a service mode.

Having the car scanned with a Star SDS in developer mode might turn up something.

If none of that turns up any info, I'd be tempted to wire a LED to each injector / engine valve actuator to check status. I like the valve actuator better as the power would be continuous ( I hope, and not a pulse width modulated signal ) rather than the on / off of an injector.
