When I had my wheels restored I also freshened up the look with chrome lug bolts and new center caps. When getting new tires I asked for the metal valve (not the flexible rubber) too.
I forgot where I got mine, probably eBay. M12 x 1.5 threads, 28mm shank. Ball seat.
