Ok this may help others here.

I took a look at the vacuum pump, all looks good, connectors as new etc.

I had an idea there was no power to the system so took out the fuse and replaced it for a new one - even though the other electrical items on that fuse were working.

The system then came to life and now works! The passenger door though locks but doesn't unlock, the rod does move but doesn't go all the way up.

Any ideas??? Is a new unit on that door required or is there any adjustment available?
