Dealers (Mercedes is not alone in this) will do pretty much anything to get you in. "Oh, by the way we notice you're up for one of our $100 oil changes and you'll need our nitrogen fill of your tires and....." An attempt to keep the mechanics busy but if you can resist upselling it's a good deal.
