Well, the Haynes manual editors probably couldn't find it either. The FSM tends to hide some of their torque values in unusual places.

The oil filter housing to cylinder crankcase is 20-25 Nm.

I couldn't find the values for the exhaust and intake manifolds. The section that covers removal/install of manifolds, only mentions clean flange surfaces. Sometimes, I've used the fairly standard torque values listed in charts for the grade of bolt.
