$180-220 is what I usually pay for the Ebersbacher rear mufflers on the W126. Sounds similar for the W123.

If the center is fine on your coupe, I say leave it. Just clamp the new rear unit on. I would be curious how Timevalve compares to cost and fitment to Ebersbacher.
