Trying to watch the Cals, I've had some luck, ten pounds in five weeks, I cut all cake ice cream chips sodas etc. but I just don't want to give up my end of work day drink. It was usually a very heavy beer, stout or ale, but changed to cider. I can't find anything definitive on what has more cals
