Hey everyone I'm planning to do the massive job of removing my dash and changing out all the vacuum elements and leaky heater core. I was pricing out the elements and see huge variances in the prices between them - for instance "Central Nozzle" and "Main Air Flap" - but to me the vacuum elements themselves all look nearly the same. ("Defroster Flap" appears to have an extra vacuum line connector.) The only difference seems to be the shapes of the little metal levers attached to each one. But I know you can pop the lever off an old pod and attach it to a new pod.
So... you know what I'm going... does anyone know if we can just buy a few copies of the cheapest one, intended to replace the three that look the same, and reuse our little metal levers?
