Hey guys, I recently called the dealership about purchasing spark plugs for my 1999 E-320. They said to make sure I purchased the ones made by Mercedes because they have a different resistance (which is patented) than the replaccement ones sold elsewhere.
Is there any truth to this? Should I definitely stick to the OEM spark plugs for this reason?
