The Jay's intake is really a short ram air as it is located in the engine bay. This only provide slight increase in HP with a lot of noise. The reason is that the temperature in the engine bay is very hot, especially in the summer. For true cold air intake(CAI), the air filter should be located outside the engine bay to extract the cold dense air. I have the AEM CAI in my Acura and it provides an increase of about 10 HP to the wheel. Most CAI's are catered for the Japanese imports because this is where the majority of interests are. You can check with AEM or INJEN for your car, but I don't think they make it because of little demand
I find it hard to mod my MB because of that reason also. Renntech is really the only mod maker for MB but it just doesn't give the value for your money
