If you don't think that electronics can help you, it's time to park the vehicle and move back into the cave. Also, if the electronics don't work at some time in the future, then you have a chance to use your Driving Skills! Electronics can't take the place of common sense, but it sure helps get you out of a tight spot - like when someone pulls out right in front of you, and you have to make a very sharp turn to avoid him.
