I would like to remove and clean my ICV. I know there are 2 hoses to remove but I don't understand how it is attached via the rubber holder and cannot find where it is attached? Do I have to get under it? does it slide off? I've included a picture.

Also, in it's current state, it looks pretty clean inside, but the "valve" appears to be open by about 1/8". Is that right? Thanks for the help.
