Thanks. I'll take a closer look. I had to put everything back, went for a drive and in park my idle is revving over 3000rpm. Kinda scary. In drive I'm at 1200, still too much. Sounds like time for a new icv. Didn't see much that needed to be cleaned as far as the old icv is concerned.
