Fixed! When I deleted the egr valve a while back I plugged the vacuum line with some wire. I sealed it off completely with a cap and everything works!

I guess after the valve adjustment the amount of vacuum decreased, I don't know how vacuum correlates with the amount of blow by. Anyways glad it's fixed, I'll probably replace all the lines anyways.
