I would suggest a good cleaning and slight coating of silicone grease on the bulb spade connector and also grounding side.

I fixed such a problem in a nissan altima, it would always blow the driver side headlamp like clockwork in 3 months This bulbswas a similar H1 bulb like the W210 fog - and it was a pain in the butt to get in and out. After the cleanup and greasing - no issues at all since 8 months I think.
