Just use some plastic wood or steel dowels long enough to pull out. They should be loose fitting but in close in diameter. Place 2 dowels in 2 ends, insert gasket, insert manifold, insert a couple bolts and you are home free. The long wobble head hex saves about 45 minutes and you'll be smiling.
