If it is leaking into the brake booster, you'll have to remove the booster to remove all the brake fluid. You don't want to let the brake fluid sit in there. Brake fluid readily absorbs moisture, and with old brake fluid in the booster, can cause the booster to rust from the inside.

Might as well do it properly - then bleed the MC and calipers for good measure, and peace of mind.
