The tip of the GP sticks into the Prechamber, the Reamer is cleaning out the
hole in the PC so the carbon does not pack around the GP and short it out.

Iam really not sure that is correct, there is no electrical current going from the tip to the PC.
But it will take away some of the heat of the GP. It`s mentioned it will shorten
the GP life.

Here is a picture of how it is set up.



Just below the hole is a cross piece called the Ball Pin. Don`t want to damage it, but it sets below the hole and doubt it could be damaged.

I tried to find a picture of a PC on line and post it, but this Forum won`t let me
