What are you doing now in that same situation without this product, and what will you do when it breaks weirdly?

The real issue is longevity. There is no way this product will last, and then it cant be repaired cost effectively. I deal with this issue all the time for my business. Its most pronounced in appliances. Ive replaced maybe 7 appliances over the last two years where the complex computer control developed a fault and the replacement part was 300 dollars more than a new appliance. For stoves especially i go way out of my way to find simple stoves with a timer only and thermostat, both of which can be replaced. Last month i replaced a dishwasher with a dishwasher then another dishwasher. First one flashed fault codes and no buttons could work. Second one fried in such a way that the control panel wouldnt tell the thing to drain. Took a while to figure out what was going on.
These appliances arent complex functionally, they do what all appliances do everywhere for decades. The CONTROL has gotten so complex that now stuff is no where near as reliable. Ive also replaced a number of ceiling fans that were remote control, multi function ect. One wouldnt turn off, one kept flashing a scrambled code on the panel. Both were diagnosed as having a fried control circuit.

If they had a pull chain or a switch, they would still be on the ceiling.

If you want something like this just be prepared to replace it.
