Update:

Got everything back together. Running EXTREMELY well, I've had three M103s in the past and I've never had one that pulls this well. Very pleased.

Ended up replacing a lot of extra stuff for the hell of it since it was already taken apart.

Head gasket (duh)

Wires, plugs, cap, rotor, timing cover gasket, timing chain guide rails, front crankshaft seal, belt tensioner, water pump, Iacv hoses, fuel injector seals, all radiator hoses and heater hoses (the oil in coolant turned the rubber into crap), t-stat, serpentine belt, o2 sensor, valve guides, valve stem seals, a bunch of other stuff I forgot. Had to flush the oil and coolant multiple times once I get it running to clear all the gunk out. I'll probably do another oil + coolant change in a few hundred miles just to be on the safe side.
