My opinion, the W211 is quieter, more comfortable, more power, more economical, more useful features.
When my W211 gets to 350k, I will have a better idea of which car I think is better.

The 210 seems to be a larger car. The rear seat leg room on the wifes 210 seems to be 6 to 8 inches larger than my neighbors 211.
