Occasionally we all get to brag about one of your kids.....lord knows after all they put us through while growing up....it's hard to imagine they've turned out as you'd hoped.
So here's my brag. My daughter went to school in Scotland, St. Andrews University, as in St. Andrews the golf course. And appropriately after graduating last year, took a job with the British Embassy in Wash. DC, to continue her all things British quest. Anyway, I'm looking at her two-sided business card and in very large letters against a bright red background are the words "GREAT" and in smaller letters below it the word Britain. So the Brits still think they are Great and they even put it on their business cards.
Now as far as the Scots go, don't call them British.....but that's a whole nother thread to start isn't it Stretch??
