I can't imagine why anyone would want to complicate things with a clutch safety switch, but since you do, I have the same year car as yours. When I removed the ignition switch (that's a misnomer—ignition switch on a diesel car) the wiring plug came off and all of the wires popped loose. What to put where? After some painful research I finally found a real diagram of my car's switch configuration. It would appear that every year they changed it.
