Sure, it's real easy. First, in the center of the bumper on the bottom edge is the rectangular snap in section where the trailer hitch would pass through. Remove that section, it just pulls off. Then on each side of this (about a foot or two away) are smaller pull out sections. Pry these off also. Inside the large section there are 2 10mm nuts that are removed, and also one each in each of the side panels. Remove those as well. The reast is simple, just pull straight back on the bumper, however at the leading edges on each side there are small hooks (this would be on the side of the bumper, behind the rear wheels). You just need to pull outward slightly in these 2 areas to release the hooks. Simple job.
