With no damage and nothing but he said/she said you are wasting the cops time and they will tell you that when they show up. Bwhitmore strikes the nail on the head, you whip out your phone and take photos of their car and yours.
People are camera shy and im certain had chasinthesun done that when she pulled up she would have left.
Then you go home and order a dashcam
