you make a good point regarding my old car. Fun is a stretch but it does seem like the a great deal. It's floatly but predictable.

In defense of the 1989 300e, I'm amazed at how many new rental cars i drive that are much, much worse than my car. I'm on my original transmission and it still shifts smoother than quite a few newer cars, just to mention one thing.
