Are you looking for the rubber hose from the caliper to the steel line or the actual steel lines?

If rubber hose try Peach Parts the sponsor of this site. If no luck at PP, try the dealer to get a jumping off point, the might not be that $.

If you are after steel lines, you can get straight lines with the ends preformed, the lines will bend to shape easily, if you need a tight radius, use a tubing bender that captures the tube on all sides. ( Imperial Eastman is a good brand ) The 1/2 capture benders tend to kink steel.

You can even get a flare tool ( likely ISO bubble on your car ), a roll of tubing and make them to the length you need. There are a few different thread pitch flare nuts for tubing though you usually can reuse your old ones.
