FYI, all 61X motors, (615, 616, 617), both turbo and nonturbo, have the potential to need balancing. If there is a mark on the crank matching the flywheel to it, then it definitely needs to be match-balanced; if not, you should still check it, because the mark can be really hard to see sometimes. People have seriously screwed up projects/motors by not balancing flywheels...
