I recently cut myself off caffeine for many health benefits, and am looking for a decent decaf coffee. I am very much not a fan of dark roasts. I've tried most of the store brand decaf coffees, as well as Pero/Postum and a couple other "substitutes" which I found severely lacking.

What have you folks used?

I'm also experimenting with roasting barley and wheat in a hot air popcorn popper and then grinding it and brewing it. Not sure how that'll turn out, the results thus far are frankly not encouraging.
