If it's of any help to you, shertex, after the purchase of my CDI, on it's return trip of almost 300 miles to my homebase, the ODC red alert illuminated indicating oil level was overfilled. So, that aspect of the CDI computer alert system on my 06 works well. In fact, it would illuminate on most every Interstate/expressway trip of any distance - as overfilled.
