I assume it's the motor because I can hear the relay getting power when a button is pressed and the motor doesn't run at all (through the direct button or the key in the door method). I guess I don't really know for sure though.

I didn't even get to the point of taking the motor out yet, so I'll do that and see if I can replace those brushes to get it going again. I'll also check the door connections.
