The last nice thing I did was pick up a hot water heater on my account for $600 for another local builder who I have known for years. He didn't want to pay me so I knocked on his beach house door every morning until he did. Finally he did when I said either you pay me or I'm going to your job and cutting the heater out. Scum bag, no more favors.
