Iyenger yoga teachers are very experienced. In order to even be a beginning teacher, one has to have studies for a minimum of 4 years. High level teachers have decades of experience, having studied in India with Iyengar himself. My teacher is advanced, the top 15 yoga teachers in the US.

They also teach use it at UCLA (or is it USC? Medical Center) for rehab. War vets who have lost limbs have found it beneficial as well.
Just watched both videos, very cool. It reaffirms what I preached as a football coach-"flexible people don't get hurt."
