I doubt its the oil level seal as that would leak most while the engine was at rest. As mentioned was the engine down really really good with purple cleaner and how the revs at 3K for a while and see where it's leaking.

Things that leak on that side would be-

A failed front crank seal
The belt tensioner rocker center bolt is loose or egg shaped
A timing pin walked out (unlikely)
Injection pump seal
