I have a 116 6.9 and the HPF ride is perfect. But..... you need to maintain (and renovate) the HPF system very well and hardly anyone in the US can do it really.
So I started to so it myself with success so far.
The regulator and pump would be the first candidate to look at and renovate if it were my project.
