Hi Ron,

It is a 1987 300SDL, came from CA, no rust. Never drove in winter. Always pampered.
I own it since 2005 and did all maintenance and more. Car is up to date. Record are in my log book that I keep.
Engine was healthy with 280K miles back when I got the car with new head, replacement trans (done my MB). Engine is healthy and runs much much better than when I bought the car (engine intake was clogged by the CA emission crap). Today 359K miles and I guess one of the fast(est) 300SDLs.
I did all the common engine upgrades. New timing chain, good compression, new glow plugs, new Monark nozzles, runs excellent and has lots of power, engine reves nicely (has on open diesel pump with EGT).
New front suspension (completely changed 2 years ago).
Brakes up to date, new brake cylinder 5years ago. Bilstein Struts.
steering pump is sealed new, no steering play. Tires 80-90%
Everything works.
Interiors are fine, grey leather, common wear, no cracks in the dash,
Straight body, new paint (original paint was faded from CA sun, cracks in to clear coat). Color silver blue metallic.

Car might come with an extra diesel pump and other parts that I collected ...just in case...never used it. Extra set of nozzles and started plugs.

Bads: exhaust probably needs replacement ( muffler is fairly new but the long pipe, no leaks but I had it on the list)
driver side lock/key works but needs attention ( I collected spare handles for the key parts that need exchange).
Hydro valve shims... I have them all here new but did not install yet. Engine is fine...some knocking only at start up

front bumper lower part has a bang... I fixed it mechanically/technically fine but not painted yet.
There is no 300SDL badge on the rear (I had it removed when I repainted). Have it still if buyer wants to install)

trans shifts fine but 1-2 shift is sometimes harsh when in traffic (and no load on the trans). I have the spring K1 kit here, never installed.

No rush
