603 Oil Leak at Turbo

Hello again!

When I was under my car I noticed that there are two oil leaks coming from my turbo, KKK model (I'm pretty sure) with the air recirculating valve.

The first oil leak is where the rubber tube meets the intake for the turbo.

The second oil leak, which leaks substantially more, is at the control valve, exhaust gas control flap (name then from the FSM).

Are these leaks anything to be concerned about? I read up on turbo leaks before posting, and it seems that the worst leaks signaling a failing turbo would come from the main housing that contains bearings and the turbines; this area is 100% dry on mine!

I am asking because I have the option of getting a used turbo, non-leaking for $140 and I was thinking of getting it if my turbo was on the way out. Thanks for all the help! My car runs great because of elbow-grease and this forum!

As a side question, I do I hook up a boost gauge so I can read my boost pressure? Was thinking of installing it inside the car so I can always monitor it and have another cool gauge.
